Goals of the Electrical Engineering Department        1.To provide technical education of highest standard        2.To develop electrical engineers with decent character        3.To inculcate ethical and social moral values in students        4.To develop patriotic attitude in students
      The department was established in 1960 and is permanently affiliated to Shivaji University. The UG intake of department is 60 and PG is 18. Over the years, the department has produced more than 3000 Bachelor of Engineers and 150 Master of Electrical Engineers who are working in abroad as well as in the country. The pass-out students have maintained good rapport with department. The department laboratories are well equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities as well as with almost all the required high end softwares. The students are encouraged to take part in National as well as International technical events. The department aim at imparting state-of –art technical education to the incoming students and convert them into a technocrats who can shoulder the responsibility of tomorrow’s engineers.
